Purchasing Agent

RAM Aircraft has an immediate opening for a Purchasing Agent. Aviation experience preferred.

Duties include, but not limited to review, interpret and analyze data to determine inventory needs. Coordinate with other departments to determine material needs and meet required schedules. Prepare, issue, and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of products. Perform other administrative duties, as required.

Position requirements include the ability to accurately handle, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks while managing interruptions in a fast-paced environment. Must interact well with office and warehouse staff, and outside vendors. Strong organizational and problem solving skills required.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word. Three to five years
buying experience preferred.
